What is beauty?
The mainstream opinion seems to be something like that:
But I think we also have an inherited sense of beauty, that leads us to very similar conclusions. Places with abundant life and naturally developing patterns are generally felt as more beautiful. We know, when a place or situation is good!
Often people are solidified in their opinions. Then they may be afraid of a living environment and may prefer straight lines over organic patterns, lawns over meadows, and monoculture plantations over natural forest… That might be more efficient in some ways, but it’s definitely less beautiful.
What would happen, if we use our sense of beauty as a guiding principle in all endeavors?
I don’t think, this is just dreaming. I think it becomes more and more an evolutionary necessity.
